  1. Hey Chris! Just tried the intro scenario with my flatmate and we both loved it, we're each building a 50pt force at the moment for tommorow's revenge match (I lost badly with red team).
I've got a question about brawl weapons : it's said "Units can carry a maximum of 2 brawl weapons", but what's keeping their power in check? Since brawling doesn't generate heat, what's stopping me from having two P4 Blades ? Or is "2 brawl weapons" meant as "Power 2" ? Thanks in advance

    1. Glad you enjoyed it!

Brawl weapons are technically Power 0, and each one grants an additional 2 attack dice when you brawl. So a Class 2 MAC with two B2 Blades would roll 6 attack dice when brawling.

The 2 in the name is really just a reminder that it's +2 dice, and doesn't represent its Power level.

The limits are that you can have a maximum of two on a single unit and they must be the identical.

    2. Thanks for the answer ! We're having a blast frankly, this is my first foray into wargaming, I've been hot gluing cardboard buildings and hills all weekend.

Are you interested in feedback / play reports, or has the project moved on from playtesting? If so, where could I send it? In any case, love your work, your game design is a breath of fresh air and I can say you've re-conciliated me with roleplaying games through Into the Odd and all it has inspired :)
